Christmas 2011

Christmas 2011 was amazing.
What a magical year for Liam and to have our baby girl, Stella, with us made it a year to remember.  What a beautiful Christmas Eve Service at Flatirons Church.
So much to be thankful for this year!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Christmas Eve has always been a special time for us girls.

We started a tradition of getting the kids a new pair of PJs, an ornament for the tree and a new christmas story to open on Christmas Eve.  This year, Liam was very interested in Charlie Brown's Christmas Story, complete with music for every page.  He must have read it 100 times on Christmas Day!

Liam and Stella, she is working on trusting her big brother.

And the magic of Santa!

The G-Parents

Can you say spoiled? Rotten?  What are Grandparents for?

Yummy!
We were so thankful to have Sean's parents come out for a visit from Connecticut and spend some quality time with us and the kids.
Liam started calling Sean's dad his G-Pop when he
was one year old.. then came G-Mom...  he talks about them all the time.
Liam is enjoying downing some ice cream above from his G-rents and riding a tractor below they got him for his first Christmas.

G-Pop and his first Granddaughter! So proud.

Three generations of Kosinski's

They just had the best time together at the park

Reading stories and getting spoiled with Lightning McQueen gear!!

Thank you for the visit G-Mom and G-Pop.  You mean the world to us and I know it's not easy being away from your grandchildren. Stella loved snuggling up with you and Liam played and played his little heart out.  He talks about you both all the time, even in his little make believe world, I will catch him bringing you in to the "scene"!

We love you!

"I love you... a bushel and a peck
and a hug around the neck..te de, ta da, to do."

Sweet Stella

Six weeks old already! You are smiling, cooing and sleeping almost through the night.
I love seeing your little personality developing.
I just have to pinch myself that I have a daughter ... and that it is you!
You. Are. Perfect.

It amazes me to look at your hands and see mine...

Brother Liam loves you so much!

Sean and I went on our first date September 27th 2003, exactly 8 years before the day our daughter would be born.  Can you believe that?!  I had a feeling she would come that day (about one week
before my actual due date).  I woke up and started cleaning like a mad woman, baking cookies, vacuuming the garage, laundry, packing hospital bags.  Liam was following me around helping me.  We went to Target after lunch and I felt contractions starting, they progressed throughout the day and I finally called Mom to come get Liam and told Sean to bring his computer home (telling him he would not be going back to work the next day).  When I called the Doc, she instructed to get in the car and head to the hospital NOW since contractions were about 5 minutes apart.  After frosting the cookies and scrubbing my feet we finally left.  In the car, suddenly the contractions were two minutes apart! I was getting a little worried I wouldn't make the cut off for the epidural and to my surprise was dilated at 6 when we got there.  As soon as the epidural started working it was time to push and she was here at 11pm.  It went so fast and I couldn't ask for a better labor and delivery.

I just can't believe we have this amazing little girl in our life!

~ Love You Stella Bell! ~
